MISSION
Our mission at Founders to Leaders is to help founders of early- to mid-stage startup companies develop into world-class executives and leaders.
At Founders to Leaders, we believe that the Founder is the catalyst, the change-agent and the creative force behind every startup company. We believe that the success of the startup is highly dependent upon the success of the Founder. Our drive is to enable and empower the Founder to be the best leader they can be.
We believe that diversity of thought and experience is an essential component of leadership. We are passionate about helping to increase the representation of diverse racial backgrounds, gender identities and sexual orientations among startup founders, executive suites and board rooms.

Founders to Leaders was created by Jake Masters, who has spent the last 25+ years as an educator, technologist and entrepreneur. In his own words:

WHAT WE DO
At Founders to Leaders, we work directly with the startup Founder in a direct, one-on-one executive coaching capacity.
We celebrate the Founder, and work closely with them to guide through the countless and unpredictable business and personal challenges that arise during the formative and growth stages of any startup.
We are typically retained through the startup company’s lead investor and/or board of directors.
